I went to Jeff/Bel Air Shells for a tonneau cover on my new Tacoma. He was knowledgeable and a great guy. His installer did a great job and explained all of the nuances of my new cover. I would definitely recommend Bel Air Shells for any truck bed needs.
The owner was very nice and gave us a lot of information but that’s about all positive we can say. We’ve now had our ProTop shell for almost a year and have nothing good to say about it. Save your money and buy a Leer or a bigger name brand. This shell does not protect the back from any amount of water, snow or dust. No shell is 100% weatherproof from the elements but it doesn’t seem like ours was sealed properly or maybe put on our truck properly. Our truck FILLS with water anytime it rains or snows. The trim around the windows is already coming off after 9 months of having it and the water literally pours in through all edges of the bed rails when there’s any sort of precipitation. Looks nice on our truck but thank goodness we’re getting a slide in camper. ProTop shell is an absolute NO GO if you plan to do any camping but I wouldn’t even trust it to protect tools or luggage. EDIT: we just got the shell removed, scrapped it for $200 because no one wanted it. After removing you can see that it was extremely poorly sealed and that is 100% their fault
